My Projects: Meaningful, Supervisible, Saved Task, Curiosa, Clases y Talleres and La Condesa
People often ask me what I'm working on, and the honest answer is: a few things at once. Some are companies, some are side projects that started as a personal itch, and one is a juice bar. Here's a short summary of each, why it exists and who it's for.
Meaningful: a full-stack growth team
Meaningful is the company I run with my cofounder Alberto Sadde. We're a full-stack growth team of 50+ people and agents that helps US tech companies and Latin American brands get found, build and grow: SEO and AEO, content, Webflow and Framer websites, MVPs, conversion, analytics, AI automation and fractional CMO and CTO work.
It started in 2021 because founders kept asking us for the same thing: a senior team that could plan the work and also ship it. Today you work directly with directors, not account managers.
Who it's for: startups and growing companies that want an experienced growth team without hiring one in-house. Visit m8l.com.
Supervisible: resource planning for agencies
Supervisible shows agency owners who's free, how work is staffed and what each project earns. It's capacity planning for 10 to 50 person agencies, with no timesheets needed and one flat price for the whole team.
We built it because we ran Meaningful on Google Sheets for years and couldn't find a tool that did it better. I wrote the full story in Why we built Supervisible.
Who it's for: agency founders and operations leads who need to know if they can take on the next project. Visit supervisible.com.
Saved Task: turn Slack messages into tasks
Saved Task turns important Slack messages into to-dos with a simple emoji reaction and saves them in ClickUp, so requests buried in a thread don't get lost.
It came from a very personal problem: too many "can you take a look at this?" messages and not enough memory to track them all.
Who it's for: teams that live in Slack and plan their work in ClickUp. Visit savedtask.com.
Curiosa: a juice bar and café in La Condesa
Curiosa Café & Juice Bar is a neighborhood spot in La Condesa, Mexico City, with cold-pressed juices, superfood smoothies, good coffee and healthy bites, with plenty of vegan-friendly options. I co-own it with Monica Belot, a brand strategist and writer who shaped its brand.
It's the least digital thing I do, and it teaches me a lot about operations, customers and running a business you can walk into.
Who it's for: anyone in Condesa looking for a healthy breakfast, a juice or a place to work for a while. Visit curiosacafe.mx.
Clases y Talleres: classes and workshops for adults in Mexico City
Clases y Talleres is a directory of classes and workshops for adults in Mexico City: cooking, art, photography, painting, ceramics, dance and more. You can compare dates, venues and prices and book directly with the organizer, and organizers can publish their own workshops.
I built it because finding a good weekend workshop in the city meant digging through Instagram posts and WhatsApp groups.
Who it's for: curious adults who want to learn something new, and the teachers and studios who run these classes. Visit clasesytalleres.com.
La Condesa: a neighborhood journal
La Condesa is a weekly guide and journal about my neighborhood in Mexico City: the people, places and everyday life in between, plus practical lists like the best coffee shops in Condesa.
It's my way of documenting a neighborhood I love and helping locals and visitors find the places worth their time.
Who it's for: people who live in or visit Condesa and want to know what's worth trying. Visit lacondesa.mx.
What connects them
Different industries, same habit: I like building small, useful things for problems I've lived myself, and then growing them with the same playbook we use for clients at Meaningful. If any of these is useful to you, or you want to talk about building something similar, message me on LinkedIn.
